Rates above do not include tax. A 6% state tax and 4% lodging tax is added to all rates.
Guests must be at least 21 years of age or older to reserve a cabin.
Check in time is at 3:00 p.m. Check out time is no later than 11:00 a.m.
The River House
- 4 Bed, 3 Bath
- Sleeps Up to 20
- Peak Season: $620/night, plus 6% state tax and 4% lodging tax. An additional $35/person for parties over 14 persons, with a 20 person maximum.
- Off-Season: $350/night up to 14, $35/night plus 6% taxper person, per night, Up to 20 max.
Riverstone - Cabins
All four cabins include:
- 2 Bed, 2 Bath
- Sleep 10 each
- Peak Season: $310/night, plus 6% state tax and 4% lodging tax. An additional $35/person for parties over 6 persons, with a 10 person maximum.
- Off-Season: $195/night, plus 6% state tax and 4% lodging tax. An additional $35/person for parties over 6 persons, with a 10 person maximum.
Couples Retreat
- $210/night, plus 6% state tax and 4% lodging tax. An additional $35/person for parties over 2 persons, with a 3 person maximum.
- $135/night, plus 6% state tax and 4% lodging tax. An additional $35/person for parties over 2 persons, with a 3 person maximum. Large covered front porch.
